[Answer] We do not charge any additional fees for coming to your home. In fact, we are               a "house call" only service.

[Question] If I don't own the hardware or software I need to have installed on my                 computer, can I purchase it off you?

[Answer] Although we don't carry any hardware or software off hand, we can pick up               most products rather quickly.

[Question] If I have a problem with software like WIndows, or any other programs such                 as applications or games, can you fix it?

[Answer] We can fix most Windows and software related problems you may have.               Remember, if we can't fix your computer problem, you don't pay a penny.
