Our Terms of Service are but not limited to as follows:

ElitePC will service your computer to the best of their knowledge. ElitePC will consider the job complete when the solution is met on the computer task given from the customer. ElitePC will not charge the customer if ElitePC cannot complete the task. ElitePC will only accept cash or check as payment. No personal checks will be accepted. ElitePC is not responsible for the customer's computer at any time after the job is completed. All customer's will sign this Terms of Service agreement before any service is done on their computer. ElitePC has the right to change this Terms of Service at any time.

We may be available to service your computer for emergencies upon request. If you need our services right away and cannot wait, this option may be available to you.
